As an Investor and CEO, Jeffrey Smith has delivered four decades of exceptional, acquisition driven growth and returns in the AI, environmental engineering, energy, and defense sectors. Leveraging 40+ strategic, cross border transactions in 20 countries, he has led highly successful exits at SVI ASIA, Praim Technologies SpA, Gensym (NASDAQ: GNSM) and Flight LanData.

Before joining SIP Capital, Jeffrey co-founded two deep tech software companies with industry visionaries from Xerox Park, Apple, Lockheed Martin and Red Storm Entertainment.

Jeffrey holds an AB in Economics from Brown University.
